What is a Serviced office?
A serviced office is a fully fitted office space with shared common
facilities including meeting rooms, coffee area, pantry and reception area. In general a serviced office space will offer lease
terms of one month up to one year. Clients may enjoy additional services on a pay-as-you go basis.
What is included with a Serviced office?
This may vary between different operators but in general the following will be included in your monthly rental:
- A private, lockable office with desk(s), chairs and basic furniture;
- Access to common office facilities such as coffee area, pantry, fridge, water cooler and microwave;
- Access to photocopier, printer, scanner, shredder, binding machines for free or paid on a consumption basis;
What is available at additional cost?
The following are generally available for additional monthly rates or on a consumption basis:
- A telephone line and internet connection for each workstation (often charged per-person);
- Secretarial support;
- Meeting rooms and meeting preparation services;
